What Makes Chiropractic Different?

What Makes Chiropractic Different? Not sure? Well...let's discuss.

Most traditional health care focuses on blood tests and germs. Chiropractic is different because it produces results by helping your body heal itself. Your nervous system is what controls how your body works, and chiropractic helps your nervous system function more efficiently, and with more ease. Hence...les dis-ease.

Your brain, spinal cord, and the rest of your nerves control all aspects of your body. If it's impeded, then your body can't respond to its environment as well, and your overall health is hindered.

Because the vast majority of nerves in your body travel through your spinal cord, chiropractic pays special attention to your spine. Any restrictions in movement of your vertebrae, or poor alignments in between the vertebrae, can cause irritation and interference to the nerves, which makes the information they're carrying get impeded. And when it's impeded, then symptoms can show up.

The medical approach to these symptoms is to try to counterbalance them with chemicals. For example, a laxativ
e to speed up your bowels, or antacid to reduce the effect of stomach digestive enzymes. Unfortunately, whenever you add new chemicals to your body, side effects occur...which is why those drug commercials have all the fast-talking ugly warnings in them!

While we look at the symptoms that you present with, we try to first discover the source of the symptoms. Your body is always trying to heal itself...and if your nervous system is functioning better, then that healing can take place more efficiently and easily.

It's pretty simple, isn't it? It's natural, and it honors the wisdom of your body. Become part of the Giebler Chiropractic Community, and Feel Better, Move Better, and (most importantly) LIVE BETTER!
